Terms and conditions
• The published rate applies up to and including December 2012, some special dates excluded.
• Your reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of 50% is received. You will be sent an electronic invoice with the account number and the international bank codes that you will require.
• The rest of the payment is to be settled upon arrival in cash. Also you will be asked to show your passport on arrival.
• In case extra services are required they will be charged upon departure.
• In case anything goes missing from the apartment during your stay, it will also be charged.
• Please consult with us your check in and check out time. Generally check in time is 2 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.
As there are only two apartments, no-shows have a big impact on the business. Therefore, should your plans change unexpectedly, a cancellation fee applies. This means:
• If you cancel 14 days or more before arrival date, 50% of your deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel 7 to 14 days before arrival date, 20% of your deposit is refunded.
• If you cancel within 6 days before arrival, nothing is refunded.
Please make sure that you receive our confirmation, that we received your cancellation in good order and your reservation is cancelled.
